We offer three methods for your orders delivered to you:
- Listed Pick-Up points with ACS Courier
- Pick up from Store (297 Archiepiskopou Makariou III, 2313 Lakatamia, Cyprus)
- Home delivery
FREE Pick up from ACS Shops
Choose one of the 40 ACS Courier pick-up locations in Cyprus. Your order will be ready for pick-up in 2-3 working days.
- FREE for orders over €50
- €3 for orders under €50
Home delivery & Relax
Choose “Home delivery” and relax! Your order will arrive within 3–4 working days. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 14:00.
- FREE for orders over €100
- €5 for orders under €100

Promotions & Offers
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, extend, or terminate any promotion, offer, discount, gift-with-purchase, or campaign at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of any promotion at our sole discretion.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to discounted bundles, promotional packages, sale items, or any products and offers that are already reduced in price, unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes cannot be combined unless specifically indicated by the company.
More Information
Our Distribution centre does not dispatch over weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the location. Please note that no deliveries are made on public holidays. In such cases, your order will be delivered on the next business day.

Lost or damaged orders
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy for any reason, see our Refund Policy in our ‘Cancellations and Returns’ policy.

How to Return
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund.
