ALL INGREDIENTS
A carefully balanced formula featuring melatonin (1 mg per serving) and melissa extract (6 mg), designed to support a normal sleep cycle and promote relaxation during stressful periods. This targeted combination helps prepare the body for restful sleep in a convenient gummy format.
On average per serving (2 gummies): Energy 68 kJ / 16 kcal, Fat <0.5 g (of which saturates <0.1 g), Carbohydrates 3.9 g (of which sugars 2.2 g), Fibre 0.07 g, Protein <0.5 g, Salt <0.01 g.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, (water*), gelling agent: pectin, modified starch, acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: tripotassium citrate, colouring concentrate from carrot, elderberry juice concentrate; melissa extract, melatonin, natural flavours, glazing agent: carnauba wax.
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Take 2 gummies daily, preferably shortly before bedtime. Chew thoroughly before swallowing.

Αγορασα τις βιταμινες και τις επαιρνα για 1 μηνα ασταματητα, προσεξα βελτίωση στο χρόνο που χρειαζοταν για να με παρει ο υπνος, αλλα δυστυχως στα μεσα της νυχτας ξυπνουσα και δε μπορουσα να κοιμηθω με τιποτα, και αυτο συνεβαινε καθε βραδυ ανελλειπως για όσο καιρο τις επαιρνα.
