RECOMMENDED DOSE
As a dietary supplement, adults can take 2 vitamin gummie bears per day. It is recommended to receive both (2) at night 30 – 45 minutes before bed. Chew well before swallowing.

Αγορασα τις βιταμινες και τις επαιρνα για 1 μηνα ασταματητα, προσεξα βελτίωση στο χρόνο που χρειαζοταν για να με παρει ο υπνος, αλλα δυστυχως στα μεσα της νυχτας ξυπνουσα και δε μπορουσα να κοιμηθω με τιποτα, και αυτο συνεβαινε καθε βραδυ ανελλειπως για όσο καιρο τις επαιρνα.
